1. Use the tracking number from the return shipping label provided by our support team.
2. Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number to see the delivery status.
3. Once we receive your return, we'll send you a confirmation email within 1–2 business days.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
